Recently we have stopped sending to many of them, because of increasing costs of duties and taxes; and/or increased scrutiny and security over gifts, which results in delays or returns.
Our most popular destinations are UK, Japan, Canada, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Phillipines and New Zealand.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEND AUSTRALIAN GIFTS OVERSEAS?
If you are sending to a large city in an International destination such as the USA, it usually takes 3-4 days from date of dispatch.
If you are sending to a more remote or non-metro area, it may take longer – up to 10 days.
We will give you tracking details so you can check-out your gifts progress in real time online.
DHL Express is our preferred carrier and they scan the parcel at every check point so often you will get over 20 updates for your package. That’s transparecny!Please note we cannot be held responsible or liable for any delayed delivery or delivery issues due to circumstances beyond our control such as Customs, incorrect delivery address given, or any other unforeseen reason.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SEND AN AUSTRALIAN GIFT OVERSEAS?

Our rates also cover any duties / taxes payable, as well as full monitoring and updates until your gift has been delivered and signed for.
Because each country has different customs, duty and excise rules, we will also call you if there’s any problem shipping your chosen package to your chosen destination and offer a replacement of goods.

OTHER AUSTRALIAN GIFTS SENT OVERSEAS
The cost of sending Individual Australian gifts overseas depends on both the weight of the item/s and the international destination they’re being sent to.
When you select your items, international freight will be calculated in your shopping cart before you check out.
Please note because we send with DHL Express, there is a minimum amount of $34.95 to send overseas for this service. After the first item, you will find these costs become very competitive with other international standard post and air mail rates.
CAN I SEND ALCOHOL?
We only send alcohol to the UK, Japan and Germany.
We do not deliver packages with alcohol in them to anywhere else due to either excessive duties payable on arrival, or prohibitive laws preventing their import (yes, even in gift packs). If you are sending to these destinations, please select a pack without alcohol in it.
If you do select alcohol to be sent to any prohibited country, we will swap it with food items as during busy periods we may not be able to get in touch wtih you.

SENDING INDIVIDUAL AUSTRALIAN GIFTS OVERSEAS
We send individual gifts overseas.
Freight is automatically calculated at check-out based on the weight or physical dimensions of the gift.
Just select your country and click on ‘recalculate freight’ to check out the cost.
Because we only use DHL Express, the minimum cost for International shipping of small items is $34.95 and will go up from there based on gross weight of an item (for example, if we send a chutney that is housed in a glass bottle, it will weigh more than just the weight of the chutney).
We use DHL Express becuase we get full tracking and tracing of all shipments. We share this information with you and confirm when your gift has been delivered and signed for.

If you are adding to your hamper, we will add shipping cost based on the weight of the products you are adding to your hamper based on the destination you are sending to.
