Everything in our range can be sent to Japan including alcohol. Easy!

HOW LONG WILL my gift TAKE TO GET from australia TO Japan?

We dispatch every day and orders must be in by 10:00 am to hit same-day dispatch.

From date of dispatch average time to Japan is 2-4 working days.

If you are sending to areas outside Tokyo, average time for your Australian gift to Japan it is 3-5 days.

Please note that this is providing the receiver is at home (or work) to collect the parcel and there are no unforseen customs issues (generally 2-5% of parcels sent get held in customs for random checks).

If the person you are sending the gift to is not at home when the courier arrives , there will be a note left for them to rearrange a time that suits them for your Australian gift hamper or gift to be re-delievered.

We will track your parcel door-to-door until it is delivered and signed for and update you if any further information is required.

HOW much does freight cost for my gift to japan?

All our gifts get sent via DHL Express (international courier) and we have negotiated rates that you can take advantage of.

MORE ABOUT US - social responsibility

We are a certified Australian Made Retail Supporter.

All products in our hampers are made in Australia with a couple of exceptions.

The exceptions exist because Australia has lost many manufacturing industries, for example, there are no longer any fine bone china manufacturers here.

In this case, for example with our Jeremy Boot gift mugs, the products we sell are made overseas but proceeds go to the local artist.  Where this is the case and an item is not made in Australia, we clearly indicate this on our product descriptions.  For products made overseas, we note this on the product description and ensure all profits from the products go back to Australian artists and producers.

So when you buy with us, you have peace of mind that your money is supporting Australian artisans and producers.

Also rest assured that the products in our hampers are of the highest quality and meet all required Australian standards.

We are active supporters of the Australian Koala Foundation (AKF).

The AKF is the principal non-profit, non-government organisation dedicated to the conservation and effective management of the wild koala and its habitat.

The AKF was formed in 1986 and will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2016. Since their founding, the AKF has grown from a small group of people interested in researching koala disease, to a well-known, global organisation with a strong track record in strategic koala research, conservation and community education with a huge focus on mapping.
We support the AKF through an ongoing sponsorship of 'Wattle', the wild koala, as well as by donating $1 from each gift hamper sold to the AKF.
